The scripts are not editable. Currently SDATT script's are encrypted.

Use the Easy Script Editor to write your script(s), provided with the SDATT software.

7. How can I view the reports?
In UEF Data & Test window, go to the "Test Reports" node and click on the report which you would like to see. Also, the same reports are stored under SDATT directory--> configdir by session numbers

8. How can I pack and send the reports?
Use ReportsPackutility Start->Programs->Sdatt->ReportsPackutility

9. When is SDATT for Windows XP available?
SDATT Software Ver.1.7 and above has been approved by GM to function in the Windows XP environment.

10. How do I find out which version of the firmware I am using?
From SDATT GUI, Online->Commands, Type get_version in Command text box and hit Send to find the version you are currently using. (SDATT has to be connected to perform this step)

11. How do I download new SDATT Firmware?
Use SdattFlash and SdattTftp utility from Start->Programs->Sdatt and Follow Instructions in the file "Instructions on How to Flash SDATT Rev1.1.doc" in the downloaded zip file and file How_to_use_tftp_server.txt in folder C:\Program Files\SDATT\tftpd

20. How Do you power the SDATT?
Use GMW 3125 connector (ALDL Cable) or Supply 12Volts to Power Jack provided on the back panel of SDATT Box (Center pole:Negative)

21. When do you use 15 Pin Dtype connector for control signals
When you have High speed Devices on DWCAN network.

22. Does SDATT support USB?
SDATT works off the TCP/IP connection and USB is currently not supported.

No.

Sign up at our website as a user or email us at sdatt@danlawinc.com with your contact information.

25. Why do I get a "Not Ready" message when I execute any test?
You need to run the "verify ECU present" test initially after connecting the SDATT unit.
